The Plaza Seoul enjoys a superb central location, making it easy to reach many attractions and it is close to the City Hall station; Myeongdong is also accessible via the underground walkway. Guests often appreciate the clean, modern, and comfortable rooms, some featuring in-room espresso machines and comfortable beds, however, some guests have noted that the rooms are not too spacious. cracked tiles shower mildew

The room looked a bit worn. I saw cracked bathroom tiles with noticeable caulking repairs.. The mildew in the shower tiles was also disappointing. The fitness studio is across the street. It also seems due for a refresh.

excellent support comfortable temperature

I stayed in a beautiful king room. the bed had excellent support, i slept well. the air conditioning worked efficiently. The room temperature was consistently comfortable.

I found the lighting system complex. It took a while to figure out.

great service modern gym convenient access

this stay rocked! the staff was SO attentive, i mean, GREAT service. my room had AMAZING amenities, particularly the gym that was super modern and well-equipped. The location ROCKS, very convenient access to transportation and cool attractions.

i was a little bummed that the pool was in a separate building, it was still FANTASTIC, just a bit of a walk.

The room had very CLEAN facilities and comfortable bedding. I found great storage facilities in the Premier Suite with an EXCELLENT setup. I liked the natural LIGHT and how easy it was to ventilate.
